Belumosudil Mesylate
Belumosudil is an inhibitor of Rho-associated protein kinase II (ROCK-II), a serine/threonine kinase that regulates the formation of actin stress fibers and focal adhesions, smooth muscle contraction, and gene expression (1, 2). KD025 has been shown to reduce infarct volume after transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (2).
